Vegan Chacolate Badam Burfi

 Ingredients:

Almonds - 1 cup

sugar - 1 cup

chacolate powder 2 tbsp

Ghee - 3 tbsp

Only three ingredients and this burfi is so easy.   Soak the almonds in hot water for 15 mts and then remove the skin.   Grind the almonds with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water to a thick nice paste.   

In a non-stick kadai add the ground amond paste and sugar and keep the flame low and mix it.   When the mixture thickens add the chacolate powder.  Add one by one tbsp of ghee.   When the mixture becomes a soft dough kind and non sticky, remove from the fire and pour it in a plate greased with ghee.  After it cools a bit, with a knife make pieces of your required size.
